Hello,
My name is Micael (yeah, without the "h")
but you can call me Mica

I am a half-Brazilian half-Very Brazilian creative art director with over 9 years of experience based in Amsterdam. Throughout my career, I was fortunate enough to work with amazing people and legendary clients such as Coca-Cola, Facebook, Google, Netflix, KitKat, Nike, Mondelez, P&G, Kellogg’s and others, and these brands have led my work to be recognized on Global and Latin America awards, including Cannes Lions, D&Ad, One Show, El Ojo and The Clios. Currently I’m working at TBWA on the Adidas global account.

Now that you have read the serious part, I think I should fill you in on some other things: I like to do illustrations for fun. I consume a lot of pop culture (while working very very hard) which gives me repertoire to not only creatively relevant work, but also stupidly strategic work. At the moment, I am also part of the board of the Young Dogs Netherlands (Jonge Honden). Let’s grab a virtual or real life coffee to talk about art, design and weird maps.
